Ióga as Gaeilge

Rugadh agus tógadh Bláthnaid i mBéal Feirste. Is teiripeoir, múinteoir ióga agus gaeilgeoir í. Tá cúlra s’aici i siceolaíocht agus Gaeilge. Thosaigh sí Imbas ióga i 2022, tá súil aici saibhreas an teanga a nascadh lenár gcuimhne coirp trí chleachtadh ióga. Bíonn cleachtaí s’aici ceangailte le roth Ceilteach na bliana.‍

Bláthnaid was born and raised in Belfast. She is a therapist, yoga teacher and Gaeilgeoir. Her background is in pyschology and Irish. She started Imbas Yoga in 2022, she hopes to connect the richness of the language to our body memory through the practise of yoga. Her practises are connected with the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
