Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in a deep, guided meditation focused on awakening and connecting with your inner wisdom and strength.

Pranayama & Slow Flow: Experience the calming and centering effects of pranayama (breath work) combined with a gentle and mindful slow flow yoga to awaken the body.

Fun & Playful Yoga: Conclude with a joyful and playful yoga session, designed to celebrate and embody vibrant, creative energy.

Hello! I'm Laura Earth & Aura, a passionate and dedicated 585RYT Yoga Teacher with rich cultural roots, being half Indian and half Irish. Residing in Carlow, I have had the honor of facilitating numerous Cacao Ceremonies and Yoga Workshops, specifically designed to help women connect with their authentic selves, nature, their wombs, and their innate creativity.

My journey in yoga is deeply rooted in the traditional practices of India, and I strive to honor these ancient teachings in all my offerings. At the same time, I infuse my workshops with a sense of playfulness and femininity, creating a unique and nurturing space for exploration and growth. At the heart of these gatherings is healing through connection to our bodies & nature, then opening to healing through community & connection.
