Mary O’Loan - Navigating Alchemy - Breathwork

In uniting inhale & exhale -  you are invited into connection with your ‘original spark’ and encouraged to gently fan the flames.

This is a space where you come back to the core of who or what you truly are. A space to embrace the dance where spirit meets matter and become truly and authentically embodied.

This is a Navigating Alchemy Conscious Connected Breathwork experience.

When Mary isn’t serving Breathwork containers she’s creating specialist content on breath, death & rebirthing experiences that articulate the transpersonal,  divine and the taboo for courses like Breathwork Fundamentals and Meta DNA & Ecological Bodywork Practitioner Training. With 13 years of industry experience as a professional performing artist & maker she may also partake in the odd ‘performance’ or audition - if it lights her fire! ;)

Mary loves NOTHING more than introducing this work to fresh faces with open hearts in its most SIMPLEST and JUICIEST form. She has created a container in support of you making the 'MOST’ of your Conscious Connected Breathwork experience at Hidden Hearth from beginning to end and is delighted to have the opportunity to share it with you!
