Tadgh holds an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies, is a board member of the well-known food network Wicklow Naturally and a proud member of Eurotoques Ireland.

Join us at Hidden Hearth for a very special screening of Dinner in 2050: The Future of Irish Food. The filmmaker and chef Tadgh Byrne will be in discussion with some special guests. A collaboration between Wicklow Chef/Food Historian Tadgh Byrne and Dublin Filmmaker, Max Barry, this 1-hour documentary explores how Ireland will eat in 2050. The film looks at issues such as how technology will change farming, food security, robot chefs, drone deliveries and sustainability in the food supply chain. ‍
