The Sanctuary

In our Sanctuary, you can delight your body and nourish your soul with a variety of Yoga, Dance, Tai Chi, Meditation, Chanting, Somatic Movement and more! We are proud of our vast variety of workshops in different holistic practices to satiate your thirst for wellbeing on all levels.
